• Your device model and iOS version
• The feature involved and the steps that led to the problem
• What you expected, what happened, and any error message

Please do not email pet medical records, care notes, photos, or documents unless we provide a suitable way to handle them.

Quick Answers

Where are my pet-care records saved?

Records, photos, documents, and preferences are stored in Furrie's private storage on your device. Furrie does not require an account or keep a publisher-side copy of your care data.

What should I do if data is missing?

Stop using destructive controls and contact support with the steps that led to the problem. Do not uninstall Furrie, clear its storage, or repeatedly retry the same failing action while the issue is being checked. We cannot view or restore a publisher-side copy of your records.

How do I intentionally delete my local data?

Use Furrie's confirmed Delete all local dataaction. It removes app-owned local records, media, and reminders. This does not cancel Furrie Plus, erase App Store purchase history, remove copies saved outside Furrie, or control an Apple-managed backup that already exists.

Can I move my records to another device?

Furrie does not provide app-controlled cloud sync or a transfer service. Apple may include app-private data in a device backup according to your settings, but Furrie cannot inspect or guarantee a restore. Simply reinstalling the app is not a supported recovery method.

Can I use Furrie offline?

You can review and add local care records without an account or care-data connection. Buying or restoring Furrie Plus requires access to the App Store and RevenueCat.
